TWIN FALLS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
As the United States commemorates its 250th Anniversary, this historic milestone offers a moment to reflect on the nation’s enduring democratic traditions and the generations of citizens who have shaped its course through civic participation. One meaningful way to honor this anniversary year is by preparing to take part in Idaho’s Primary Election on May 19, 2026. Idaho provides several accessible voting options: voting in person at assigned polling places on Election Day between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Voting early at County West from April 27 through May 15 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or requesting an absentee ballot by May 8 for those who prefer to vote by mail.
All voting methods require an approved form of identification, and Idaho continues to use a secure and familiar paper ballot system. Planning ahead ensures that voters meet key deadlines and select the voting method that best aligns with their needs. Additional information on voter registration, absentee requests, polling locations, and sample ballots is available at voteidaho.gov. The Twin Falls County Clerk’s Office will also mail an Official Voter Pamphlet to registered voters, which will be posted online at twinfallscounty.org/election/ when released. In this anniversary year, informed participation remains one of the most enduring ways to connect with the nation’s history and its democratic future.
