MINIDOKA: Minidoka County Board of Commissioners received a petition meeting the requirements under Idaho Code Title 33 Chapter 27 to place a question on the ballot as to whether or not to establish a public library district named Minidoka Library District, a county wide district. Minidoka County will hold a public hearing to consider the petition on March 4, 2024, at 2:00 PM, in the commissioner meeting room, 715 G Street, Rupert, Idaho, in which any resident elector within the proposed boundaries of the proposed library district may appear and be heard in regard to: a) The form of the petition; b) The genuineness of the signatures; c) The legality of the proceedings; d) and any other matters in regard to the creation of the library district.
