The County of Minidoka, Idaho, hereby gives notice of the adoption of the Minidoka County Ordinance No. 2023-10-30, an ordinance of the County of Minidoka, amending title 4 chapter 6 providing for seizure and impounding of dogs, providing infraction for uncontrolled dogs, misdemeanor for vicious dogs, requiring and defining secure enclosure of dangerous and at-risk dogs, permitting court order for destruction of dogs; penalty; and providing effective date. Providing that said ordinance shall be effective upon this publication.
